    Hi!

    I was playing Halo Reach on my 360 and I got a message from Xbox telling me my Gears of War beta access key and such. I decided to go on my Xbox one and now I'm getting the message "There was a problem with the update". I disconnected my wifi and even used
    a different router and had no luck with that. I powered off my Xbox multiple times and still had no luck. I browsed around the web and it looked like this was happening to some preview members as well. I really don't know if this is true or not, I just want
    this error fixed. My internet is fine and shouldnt be the cause of this either. I will try again in the morning.

    I was wondering if there are any known fixes or current bugs out that have to do with this.

    Games are being queued instead of installed

    Yeah there is probably a problem with preview update as I also am a preview member. Hopefully this will get fixed soon, along with a bunch of other bugs I've noticed.

    I spent an hour trying to fix this problem and then it fixes itself!

    No help needed anymore "There was a problem with this update" (Preview Member) :)

    Yeah there is probably a problem with preview update as I also am a preview member. Hopefully this will get fixed soon, along with a bunch of other bugs I've noticed.

    This is a known problem for some users.

    There is currently a dashboard update for preview members to test that should fix this issue.

    If you are in the preview program then make sure you have fully updated the console.

    If you are not in the preview then you will just have to wait until they release the fix to everyone

    Have been invited to Preview Program; but received no message?

    They have already started sending system updates to preview members consoles once a preview period starts they wont add new members until the new update for preview is released next month.
