    Thanks, Axis....we used my husband's phone as a mobile hotspot and was able to download the update with zero issues. My son is happy. Now we just hope we don't end up going over our data for the month... There was a problem with the update :) Windstream is truly horrible.....

    Same error code,same issues,same ISP. No mobile hotspot on my phone unfortunately.

    Having same problem as well. Have been trying to fix this since 9 this morning. Was online with support chat for over an hour, jumped through all the hoops. I hope something is done soon... And Windstream needs yelled at.

    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!
