    There was a problem with the update.


    I factory reset my console due to a month of the console not connecting to Xbox live. When I'm going through the process of setting up my Xbox again through updates , it says " There was a problem with the update Error code: 0x8B0500B6. I only have three options " Try again , Check Network , Turn off console ."I have tried using wired/ wireless connections and it still does not work. I also have tried to restart/ unplug my console. What do I do ? I have a series X as well.

    Hey ShakyChaff36025! You can use a usb to
    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!
