    I still cannot update, the update stops at 10% and quits.

    If you buy something new from any store and it fails to work as advertised, you are going to be ticked off. I don't care what it is. I have two X1s sitting under the Xmas tree now. And I should have no reason to think they would not instantly function as
    advertised, come Christmas morning.

    Hey there blimeyguvnor!

    Sorry to hear about the issue! For clarification, are you only receiving this error when you open GTA V? Or is the error happening when you turn on the Xbox itself? Could you also let us know which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? That will help

    Hey ShakyChaff36025! You can use a usb to
    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!
