    I keep getting a grey screen that says "There was a problem with the update" after trying to download the system update from the inside hub app. I've been threw a bunch of steps with online tech support, including trying to too rollback the update. I
    deleted everything except games and still ended right back asst the previously mentioned screen. O.k.trying to get everything solved for the Fallout stress test. PLEASE SAVE ME!!!

    If you buy something new from any store and it fails to work as advertised, you are going to be ticked off. I don't care what it is. I have two X1s sitting under the Xmas tree now. And I should have no reason to think they would not instantly function as
    advertised, come Christmas morning.

    Having the same problem. I can't connect to the internet while this error is happening.

    Error code: 80072F8F

    Followed the steps to resolve and got no where.

    Okay I think I got it. Try powering down your system by holding the Xbox button for ten seconds. Then turn off power to modem and router. Leave them all off for 30 sec. Restart them all and see if you can do the update then. Seems to be some kind of weird
    network error.

    Thanks! I messed around a couple times, but eventually got it up and running. Even in time for the 76 stress test! Had to unplug ALL cords on modem and the xbox, then start the modem up first. Let it get fully up and running, THEN the xbox and did
    the reset using the BIND/EJECT buttons. Power up that power armor kids! It's time to wander the wasteland!

    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!
