    Hi there, my xbox one just keeps going onto a loop with the same message over and over again. i cant update it or connect to xbox live. I have tried all the troubleshooting methods and still nothing will work. can someone please help me??!?!

    I still cannot update, the update stops at 10% and quits.

    If you buy something new from any store and it fails to work as advertised, you are going to be ticked off. I don't care what it is. I have two X1s sitting under the Xmas tree now. And I should have no reason to think they would not instantly function as
    advertised, come Christmas morning.

    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!
