There was a problem with the update - Xbox one July update

Things to note about my Xbox: I have an Original Xbox one with a new hard drive that has worked wonders for me since my last one which was faulty and I've had this new hard drive for 2 months now still in good condition. Since then, I haven't gotten any
issues with Xbox Live or anything hardware related. I have one note to make though: My Disc drive is the only thing that won't work on my Xbox one but I haven't been needing to replace it for years since I have no problems playing downloaded games and had
no problems with the past updates. But things have changed now...

So this morning, I turned on my Xbox one and it prompted me to a system update right after boot. I started the update and once it got to 21% on Step 1, I got "There was a problem with the update" on my screen. I kept trying the update multiple times to no
avail. I've tried hard resetting my Xbox one, Resetting my network settings, and changing to a wired Ethernet connection. After non of these solutions worked, I tried a factory reset and chose the option to keep Games & Apps but that also didn't work. After
that, I tried the "Remove Everything" option on the troubleshoot menu and even that didn't work. I found that my final option to try and fix this issue which was to perform an Offline Update with my USB with the OSU1 file. My Xbox one breezed though that offline
update but of course it still prompted me to do the latest mandatory update again online and failed that one once again still stopping at 21%. Now I'm stuck on the setup screen unable to get passed this update and continuously giving me the "There was a problem
with the update" screen basically giving me the finger. I can't even get to the Xbox home screen.

There's nothing else I can do at this point and I've tried looking up all these exact error codes but they seem unique so nobody seems to be getting the same ones I have. And on error codes similar to mine, I've tried doing everything that people said to
do if you get them but to no avail. It seems that Microsoft has no other fix to this. I've tried ALL of their recommended solutions and they never work. so I'm wondering if there is anyone having this same issue or if anyone is willing to help me out with
this. I haven't seen any issues regarding Microsoft's end with their servers and no news regarding the new update on if there's a problem with that update or not so far. So if anyone knows a solution to this or knows exactly why this issue occurs, please come
forward and let me know as soon as possible.
