    Hello all

    Yesterday, I booted up my xbox to be met with a screen forcing me to update my console; I could not play games online and the other option was to turn off my xbox. I thought it would be OK so I went ahead with the update. When the first stage of the update
    was completed it took me to a there was a problem with this update. I gave it another go but was met with the same screen again, many tries later I looked up the error code 0x80070570 to see if there were any fixes. I found nothing but I did try fixes where
    the people had a different code to me but there was no avail. I decided to restore my console but keep games and apps, I thought this would work until I was met with the update stage of the xbox set up menu, it did the same thing, gave me the same error code
    with the same title saying that there was a problem with my update. Tried again, no luck. I looked it up again and it told me to check my network which didn't work. Eventually I got told to do a Offline software update which did not work, as soon as I started
    it, it went to a failed screen with error e101, I found no fixes for it. Tried the offline update multiple times, checked if my USB was correctly formatted. I then decided to fully restore my xbox and it came up with the same update screen. I do not know what
    to do.

    Hiya, thanks for replying. It says 'There was a problem with the update. You need this update to use your console, but something went wrong'. And it gives me an error code which is 0x80070570 0x00000000 0x90000005. And i dont understand what you mean by and insider or ring.
