    Hi,

    I am unable to logon to my xbox. When I started it up, I received the error code 0x8B050033. I went through the various troubleshooting steps of doing an offline update, resetting to factory keeping apps and games and also did a full factory reset deleting
    everything. After all of this, I still get the same error.

    The xbox was working fine earlier. I have checked xbox live status and all is good. I have tried different internet connections and this did not help. So I think this may be account based. I am part of the xbox preview but do not have my xbox one x enrolled.
    Perhaps this is a cause?

    My xbox is completely unusable at the moment and I'm not sure what to try next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    its saying I need this update to use my console.

    yeah i have the same problem with battlefield. update error 0x8b050033 0x00000000 0x00000402 is what it said for mine though.
