Hello guys, I just contacted Microsoft regarding the same problem, not being to sign in. They told me that the servers are down and they are working on it now. Just wanted to let you guys know what was going on so dont worry.!!! Hopefully its back soon.!!!

Xbox One Live issues (WiFi)

After running the tool if i use wireless or wired i get...

"There was a problem. We couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x87DD0006"

or

"There was a problem. We couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x87DD0019"

This is getting tiring. I'm really disappointed wired didn't work.

My Xbox one won't let me sign in and I have reset my Xbox when can I go back on my Xbox one to playersonline again

 

Quite often a hard reset will fix this problem, simply keep your finger on the power button continuously for 8-10 seconds (until it goes off) Then restart the Xbox One.

 

The same thing happened to me and I have done a hard reset and unplugged it for 10 seconds multiple times, any ideas on how to get it to work because its not just my account its all of the accounts on my console, even ones without Xbox Live

 

OK then try this one, go into your settings and where you see the name of your xbox one (Settings>System>Name) try changing it to something other than it is now (this is the name that is shown on your network to identify your xbox).

Settings>System>Name

 

Does this problem occur often on the Xbox one? I just bought one yesterday and have been having a similar problem my code says

"Try again

There was a problem signing in, but it should work if you try again. ( 0x80a30204)

I've been trying for probably the last two hrs. It jus puts me at the home screen, I can't even go into my settings or access anything at all.

 

Oh wow. Didn't see the message about the hard reset. Haha. Guess I should read the owners manual. Thanks for the info. The hard reset worked for me.
