Just tried to sign back into xboxlive after leaving my house i come back and i get this message. I am upset because i can not even sign into the account to play the game i purchased online and on disk. I don't pay $50 a year to not be able to play my games
just because xboxlive is having issues i feel that is not right at all. You should consider these problems before they become a problem in the future as in today. Please fix this console i would like to be able to play my games. This just goes to show you
must always be signed into xboxlive to play anything. I thought that wasn't the case back before the console was realeased. But as shown today that was all a lie. Just wanted to be heard is all.

Totally agree with you ... some of us pay even more than 50 $ and still cannot play whenever we want .

Also would like to complaint about the party app wich is always cutting us of in the middle of a sentence, even with optic fiber connection , this is outrageous .

Microsoft please do your job and stop being so incompetent .

Yeah i find is crazy that we can not use the things we pay for just because xboxlive is. I have been a fan of xbox since the beginning with the original xbox. And i kinda use to them having issues with xbox live especially on the 360. But that was no big
deal because you could continue playing your games. But it seem on this console you must have an active connection with xboxlive 24/7 to play what you have bought. I think xbox should man up and give the people something in return for this problem.

 

What is happening right now is an Xbox Live Core Service issue. This has happened before and they are aware of it. It should be fixed soon as it has been in the past

 

I ended up calling xbox support. And the women who answered the phone told me just to wait it out. I explained to her that i am unable to play a game period because of this. The only thing this paperweight can do as of right now is watch TV. And i did not
spend 500+ bucks to plug my tv up to it. Please please come out with a update in the future and we will never have this issue again. Also i feel not giving the people of xbox that are having this issue nothing in return for waiting to play is wrong. If this
ever happens again i have not problem switching to PS4. Then again why would they care they already have my money shm >_>

 

Same here, I think it has to do something with the new update beta. It had a service alert on my xbox live account. Hopefully its just a server down thing...

 

Same here any Moderate know what's going on? It makes my Xbox Slim 360 super slow. I cleaned it up and made room but it's still slow for a 250 GB console.

Everytime I try to connect it says Xbox Stores: Service Alert. I've tried restarting, clearing system cache nothing is working D: I can't get on live!
