    There was a pornographic image on XB1 homepage


    On the home screen of my brother's xbox one where it usually says something about xbox live gold was a pornographic image, then when he clicked on it, it took him to the normal xbox live gold page. I have a video as proof and I am very upset and need Microsoft
    to contact me.

    I believe I remember an issue where the offending info was from one of the Club images since they can post any image they want on the title of their club. I seriously doubt that there was something MS or Xbox related where an image like what your describing
    would be allowed.

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're seeing some content appearing on your Xbox Home screen that is not designed to be seen there. A situation such as this could have occurred by some corrupted content
    spilling over, possibly from Microsoft Edge. Try the steps listed here:
    How to close malicious tabs in Microsoft Edge on Xbox One    . Also clear the browsing history and cookies. If that doesn't resolve the issue I would recommend you restore the console to factory defaults. You can try the "Keep my Games & Apps" option first.
    If that doesn't take care of things you might want to consider a "Remove Everything" restoration to factory defaults.

    Note: You will need your Microsoft Account Email & Password to recover any accounts after any type of resets.

    I would also change your password to your account too.
