    Dear Microsoft,

    I have received a xbox console ban from you guys recently on one of the xbox's I own ID:fd00a6dfc121d440. I really do not appreciate this because I am a very committed customer when it comes to Microsoft devices. This was all a misunderstanding and I would
    like to have my xbox unbanned.

    I thought you was trying to see if you can remove the ban off of your account , and get it back to gold .

    Here is my situation I have change my gamerpic on xbox one, I go back and I notice that my gamerpic has change for another pornographic, my wife has change my gamerpic to make a joke and I immediately change but I was ban so I be grateful to remove my ban because
    of a misunderstanding and an offence which was not desired.
