There something wrong with my xbox one.

I was playing overwatch and the RT just keep spamming the primary fire and I have not control over it. But i went to training and trying to fix. I switch to anoter xbox one controller and it start spamming the primary fire. Before this both of them having
this i think its a weird glitche. I begin see what wrong with the RT button but i did not get a clearpicture of why it keep spamming the primary fire. So i start switched my profile to trying using the another xbox one controller while in training overwatch
and trying to fix it. Then something is wrong. RT button is responding normal in home (Xbox one menus) but in overwatch, It did not respond in overwatch or maybe other games. Primary fire is not working.
Both of the xbox one controller RT button is not responded in overwatch. I think my xbox one is not respond well to my two xbox one controllers. It seem to be responsible for not connected to my xbox one controllers RT button. Does anyone experince this
strange glitche? I think its a glitche that have negative impact on my xbox one.

Hey there .

It sounds like the issue is with the disc drive and while power cycling your Xbox One may work in the short term, your best option is get a repair for your Xbox One. When did you purchase it? You may still be under warranty.

I got my xbox one as a christmas present back in 2015, I don't know how long the warranty lasts, and if it is still active, where could I go to get it repaired? Side question: How much does it normally cost if you know?

Sweaty, sticky fingers causes grime to accumulate in and around the sides of triggers.

I find a couple of alcohol wipes and qtips (cotton buds) to clean the controller every now and then helps.

Check this support link, Update XBox controller which has steps to update the controller firmware.

I try that before but it just make it worse. Still no update for my xbox one controllers.

Try to update your controllers via plugin them in with the usb cable to your xbox and than go to the update menu and look for controler update click it to check (even if there is no update this fixes sync problems with your controller)
