There should be discounts for all the time xbl is down

sad this is becoming a every week thing. maybe they should start giving subscription fee money discounts back every time its down.

 

Xbox Live Gold to access PAID Netflix

Yes, free apps should be free. I was just informing people of the cheapest way to get it on xbox. Of course, roku and MANY other cheap devices are VERY good options for most of these free apps. And considering all the ads on the dashboard, xbl should be
free. But M$ likes money too much, so I highly doubt xbl will be free on the next system. I'm hoping they go the psn route with all those free games and nice discounts if you CHOOSE to pay. Either way, I'm getting both systems and paying for xbl (if necessary)
cause that's where my friends are.

 

i agree, I'm getting pretty tired of PAYING for a membership and it always has something wrong with it. if its not the core service, its social and gaming. if its not social and gaming, its core services. getting a little annoying at this point

 

I agree, the last couple of weeks has been unacceptable! I could see a few hours here and there but it has been atrocious.

 

BTW what set me off was the fact that I just purchased a code for 12 months of Live Gold and I'm not able to redeem it because....... It's Live is not working. *sigh*

 

Right like what even happen for the core services. The main access tool into online to take a pooo. I just don't get how they can have this happen and still expect us to pay 60+ for a game that I won't be able to play when this happens. I just don't get
how they get off easy rich and leave us with with nothing just " all services are available"

 

Maybe if the xbox one servers were as good as the 360 servers. it always seems to screw the people on xbox one more than the 360. i thought the one was supposed to be next gen? maybe it is, but the server blows

 

Agreed... Seems like bunk policy to pay for a service you do not receive. Partial refund seems in order.

I bet if people with means threatened to do something to their system (like with Sony?), maybe that would get their attention.

I wonder if they know how many of their users have the means?

If they reimbursed us we would have unlimited months of xbox down services

 

I'd have no problem if it was schedule maintenance but it should be announced to the public so we are aware. But we all know that's bs either way cause xbox was never down like this. It's to the point that we can't even sign into our profiles while offline
which makes it so we can't play games at all or access the services we pay for so they really need to reimburse people are outages like this.

TL;DR - When I can't even play my games offline then there is a real issue and we need to be reimbursed.
