If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

^same thing happened with horizon 2. It's all based on your what tier of rewards you have made it to based on your lifetime forza Xp

Your lifetime Rewards amount is the total Credits you have earned over the lifetime of your account. This includes already deposited Credits. You can see a total statement of all Credit and deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. The
drop down menu on that section of the MyRewards page will have an option to view the statement by lifetime. There you will see that of your 17466 lifetime Credits, only 3916 are currently pending (un-deposited). Your last deposit of 5300 (4.29 EUR) was placed
on September 14th. This was due to our program policy in which we perform a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. This activity can be confirmed as a deposit on your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/)
where it is listed as a refund with a negative amount. Since promotional currencies like Rewards deposits are used first from your Microsoft Account, this deposit was used as part of your payment for Battlefield 1 in December

I don't work for the Rewards program so I can't do anything about that. If they show as pending, you would have the option to Request a Deposit on the MyRewards section of the site. If the program has had an issue making deposits in your account, that would
also be noted on that page. If your account status shows that everything is good, then your previous request may have already gone through. Your Lifetime Credits earned includes all credits you have earned since joining the program, that includes pending and
deposited credits. If they have been deposited, that would be noted in your statement on the MyRewards section of the site and would show when the credits were deposited.
