    There seems to be a discrepancy with my gamerscore


    There seems to be a discrepancy with my gamerscore. I seem to be missing 6 achievements worth 200 Gamerscore for Batman: The Telltale Series on the Xbox 360 that I earned on the 25 of November.

    It says I'm missing them everywhere except for the actual page of the game in the Achievements tab. However, everywhere else it says I haven't gotten them, and I'm missing their Gamerscore.

    I tried replaying to earn them, but that didn't work.

    Achievements Not Adding Up Issue

    Have you, by any chance, earned about 8,000G on Xbox One games?

    If so, that would be the reason as, after redownloading the profile to a 360, the 360 does not always reflect the Xbox One gamerscore. If you earn another achievement on One, that should be enough to force the 360 to update its information. Fortunately,
    your gamerscore is appearing correctly everywhere else, so it doesn't seem like there's anything to worry about, especially if it is Xbox One gamerscore being the total discrepancy.

    There seems to be an issue with my account

    I've been attempting to participate in the rewards program for the past couple of years but every time I get an email stating how many points I've earned there's an error stating: 'There seems to be an issue with your account: please reach out to our support
    forum team.' Any help regarding this error message and getting my lost points would be gladly appreciated

    Hey there!

    Is it possible you earned an achievement on your Xbox 360 while offline? If you synced your profile before signing into Xbox Live on that console, there may be some discrepancies with your Gamerscore.

    To clarify, are you still seeing that missing Gamerscore? Typically Gamerscore discrepancies tend to resolve themselves after a while.

    If you're still seeing that, try removing our profile from the console, then
    power cycle and sign back into the console after that.
