There needs to be a direct way to contact Xbox Ambassadors and the Xbox forums on the console.

On the home menu, there is a panel in the top right below "My Games & Apps" that says "Contact an Xbox Ambassador for help with your questions." However, if I select this panel, it simply redirects me to a screen with some URLs listed on it. What's the point
of this? That's not very helpful. I think there should be an app on the console itself that lets you contact Ambassadors, or at the very least browse the forums. Yes, there is Microsoft Edge. But if you're just going to use a web browser on your console, you
may as well just go to your computer like you normally would anyway. If I were a new player, I probably would have selected that panel believing I would immediately receive some sort of help. It seems sort of misleading, to have that there, only to redirect
people to URLs that people probably already know about. It's not a huge problem. I'd hesitate to even call it a problem. I just think it would be a good way to improve the convenience of having a console, since consoles seem to be building a reputation for
just being crappy PCs.

Sigh...... What customers hate is feeling like being a ball to be kicked to here and there. I am sorry to say to this customer that you will not be getting any direct feedback from Microsoft and Xbox staff (for they are technically useless). Hopefully the
ambassadors here can provide you a direct link to solve your problem soon.

 

where do i report problem gamers

so i am in the ambassadors program and i have seen alot of bad activity on xbox live. people are modding games, hacking accounts, and booting people offline. i have talked to xbox on the phone and they say to report these people on the forums but i cant
seem to find the right thread for this. i am also wondering if there is a way to become a member of the enforcement team. when i have asked other ambassadors i get rude responces. we pay good money for xbox services and do not need people like this ruining
our gaming experience. please help direct me to the right places i know of a few people that do not care about the code of conduct and violate them daily. i have reported many people through the xbox console but this doesnt seem to work

 

I absolutely agree with this so much so that when choosing help, the snap should mimic the social feed but be the actual forums not in an Edge format tho.

In addition to this, any feedback site, suggestions and support should come to the console inbox in addition to your email.

In the revamp of the forums and as an ambassador I do agree with a lot of what you've shared. Maybe someone official will take note as I've also created many feedback suggestion on the xboxfeedback website towards these types of features and updates. It's
meaningful.

 

Great suggestion please provide this in the Feedback forums so the community can vote on it. Maybe it will get enough attention or is such a great idea Microsoft will implement it.
