    So whenever I launch the game and I turn off vsync, I get this strange noise Sounding like a blue screen mixed with a corrupted ghast minecraft mob audio file.

    Ive done this on other devices such as my laptop and the same happens!

    Can someone please tell me whats going on and plus I hear the sound from my headphones.

    Specs:

    Rtx 4070 ti super

    I7-14700k

    64 Gb ram corsair

    2tb crucial storage

    ROG STRIX 5760-f motherboard

    Please enable VSync again since the issue disappears when VSync is on, it is best to leave it enabled.

    And then set a frame limit by capping your FPS to around 120 or 80 to reduce interference.

    Next is to check your audio drivers, kindly ensure that your sound drivers are up to date.

    Then use a different display cable because low-quality cables can cause interference.

    If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly test a different headphones or speakers. Please check if it works using a different headset/speakers.

    It's not like squealy high pitched like a dog whistle but my dad had a hard time hearing it. It sounds distinctly electrical. Does not sound like a fan to me
