Hi. we have problem with the login account in xbox one.

we have this error : there is temporay problem with the service. please try again. (0*80a40010)

Same error here for the last month. I've had a ticket open with MS phone support for a week or so now but no luck. They've asked me to double check all security settings and my email attached to the account, which is my live email for everything microsoft
so it can't be that.

Really frustrating. Has anyone got any luck on this yet?

i phoned them yesterday told them everything, they looked all through account and saw no problem but something was wrong.

so they are going to look in to it deeper and contact me in 4 days,

 

When will microsoft pay atention to our problems whith xbox live in ukraine??!
