    There is still an issue with my rewards account


    I should of received a deposit at the beginning of the month, but it says there is an issue with my account. This the second time this has happened. Can you please permanently fix this issue so it won't happen again.

    My account shows a $19.49 deposit, but my balance still says $0.00. I received a statement from xbl rewards stating that there is an issue with my account. What do I need to do to fix this?

    2 months ago i asked for my xbox rewards credits to be deposited still not done got told theres an issue with my account and it needed to be fixed why is it not done yet?

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution. You may wish to avoid redeeming Gems
    for Vault Credits until this issue is resolved, as mentioned in the FAQ.

    Still having rewards account issue

    Hello Jrocker23,

    Unfortunately, we have not yet received an update from the other team currently working on this issue. While we have received word that some new progress is being made on the issue, they did not provide us with a specific estimate on when this issue should
    be resolved. Basically, what is throwing our deposit process for a loop is a communication error between the process and the database containing your Microsoft Account information. This issue with communication is causing the billable account that you would
    like the deposit into (the one you got the $5 into), to not be reported from the database to our deposit process. Since this account is not being specifically pointed out to our deposit process, the process aborts rather than throwing your funds into an unknown
    account. It's kind of like playing basketball with multiple hoops, but only one hoop awards points, and you don't know which one it is...and if you pick the wrong one, the ball disappears.

    We see that you received a $5 deposit, but unfortunately, that was not from us. It was most likely a refund for a discontinued game like Xbox Fitness or Project Spark that was made in our name. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience that this issue is causing.
    We are eagerly awaiting this resolution, which is one of the reasons why we are continuing to attempt deposits into your account. As soon as a fix from our other team is deployed, your deposit should complete ASAP!

    5000 point rewards from the vault missing

    Same issue here. I redeemed for the 5,000 points last week and still do not see any credits pending on my rewards account. I've received all other rewards the same day, but I have not seen anything come through for this reward yet after 5 days.

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
    for the inconvenience.
