    There is something wrong with your account... 18 months later no change.


    I have not received any rewards on my account. I first joined Xbox live rewards back in 2015 ish. I feel like I have exhausted all of my efforts complaints to Microsoft/Xbox/Xbox live rewards. All I want now is the rewards transferred
    in to my Microsoft Account so I can rightfully get the rewards I earned. After such events I want you to delete my xbox Live Rewards account. Due to these actions I'm sure you can put in a request for the amount owed for my compensation and then have my account
    deleted from Xbox live rewards so I don't have to put up with the terrible service that is supplied. No doubt this is due to the small team Microsoft has put on this reward system and it isn't down to the individuals that work in the team. I thank you all
    kindly, but I'm on my last straw with this and want it to be over. I hope I hear back with good news.

    Our contact has informed us that action has been taken on your account to force a deposit. You should be able to see this activity on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). We were able to request
    a deposit of most of your pending Credit, with the exception of your recent July survey event, which was not fully processed at the time of this deposit request. Again, apologies for any inconvenience caused while we await a resolution from our payment operations
    team.

    Unfortunately, we do not have any control over a user's Microsoft Account, so we cannot force a deposit. Since we cannot manipulate a user's Microsoft Account in any way, we have escalated this deposit issue to another team to resolve. Once they are able
    to resolve this issue, you can opt out via the opt-out link at the bottom of the MyRewards page to close your Xbox Live Rewards Account. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience that this deposit issue has caused. While we have seen some intermittent deposits
    being placed as a result of our other team's efforts, at the current time we have not received confirmation of a permanent resolution.
