Has someone using my account as main, and so I can not enjoy the services of xbox live gold and I want to reset the main xbox count

Problem with Accepting Terms of Service as Secondary Account

Problem 1: I don't have the password to the main account for my Family Gold Package. I can not access the main account at all... I've even attempted using the "I forgot my Password" option asking Microsoft to change the password, but because I can not (for
the life of me) remember "enough details" I simply can not obtain a new password.

Problem 2: This prevents all secondary accounts from using the "Parental password" to accepting the terms of service. When I enter onto my account to use the Xbox Live, I must accept these damn "Terms of Service" otherwise I simply can not play using the
Xbox Live. I previously accepted the Terms of Service using Xbox.com until recently, when one of the updates prevented me from accepting them through the use of a computer. Now I can't use my account again...

I just need some way to accept these stupid terms of service updates. Could someone offer more assistance?

How many profiles/members can I have in my Xbox One family?

As long as your Xbox is set to your My Home Xbox in your settings everyone can use the Gold features on that Xbox One. As stated by the Xbox One chief product officer, Marc Whitten: "If you're an Xbox Live Gold member, an unlimited number of people can
enjoy many benefits of Xbox Live Gold while they are using your Home Xbox One console. Friends and family will simply create their own account and gamertag and be able to enjoy Xbox Live online multiplayer gaming and access to entertainment apps". Hope

If you want that counter reset then you will have to contact support directly as they are the only ones that can do it. Keep in mind since there is a 3 change per year limit they are not obligated to do it but definitely worth a try.

Hey my friend, when you have a primary account in you xbox and buy it some games or services your secondary account will enjoy the same benefits that is not ilegal because you are the owner of both account, xbox live just not tolerate when you share an
account with someone you dont know this can cause a ban in your account, so i recommend you set your main account an primary account.

Yesterday i turned on my Xbox One and i tried to start a game. So I received an error saying that I need to sign in with the owner’s account or something like that. I went to Settings, System, Home Xbox and there’s a message saying “The configuration of
your xbox can not be changed until we connect with the service”. In addition, I use this console with some siblings so of course each one buy their own games but we all use it.

So my question is:

what just happened with it?

I can’t even enjoy a service my family and I pay?

Hey guys,

I could resolve this problem by resetting my Xbox One to factory settings keeping my apps and games.

Hope this can be useful for someone else.

Just one service is enough. On xbox A add the account as main user B, and on xbox B add the main account of user A. adding the service to user A in our example, console B will have account A as main and therefore the service works, and on Xbox A it uses account A to play games and where it is also the account with the service.
