    All my connection stastitics are fine as well as my NAT type! Yet always i'm disconnected!!!! I can barely finish an online match unless i join late and im frustrated because it used to work fine before October and even then it still worked fine on some
    days when my Nat type was all over the place! I made a post a week ago and someone said maybe all ports are not open which is stupid because it used to work fine like i said before october! And my ps3 never disconnects so it's xbox live at fault!!!! Screw
    your service you suck. Time to think about getting ps4, because maybe there i'll have a decent connection that doesn't drop out after a few minutes of online gaming and reconnect a second later!

    It's really going to depend on your network and connection speeds. There is nothing wrong with the game. Do you have high-speed internet service?

    Modem crash, with every xbox live service issue

    Every single time there is a live service issue, todays being the COD Black Ops 2 multiplayer issue. Xbox live crashes my internet connection. Every time there is an issue it no matter what the problem is, live crashes my internet. I have the last gen
    of the white 360's. Is that the issue, because this is getting really old. Started about a year ago. NO there is nothing wrong with the modem(replaced twice) nothing wrong with the cable, the computer, the dsl service... it is PURELY a Live issue. FIX IT
    already, glad I pay for gold live service since the 360 came out, seriously contemplating going to the PSN...

    There is nothing currently wrong with xbox live.

    My xbox is not disconnecting all the time. Xbox live is working fine for me.

    If you are having problems then ask for help instead of just blaming xbox live.

    The problem is likely your network. Could be something as simple is wifi interference which can be fixed by changing the wifi channel..

    Whatever the cause you should post the make and model number of your router and any other details then someone may be able to help you diagnose the problem.

  5. Oh? And why would it be my network or WiFi interference when I said my Ps3 never disconnects me? In other words, this only happens with my Xbox One. Remember, I also said this has only been happening since October? Yeah i've had my Xb1 since January. And
    I posted all my details in my post from last week, no one but 1 person replied and that was the person that brought up the solution of making sure certain ports were open which I already mentioned above!

    Have you actually tried changing the wifi channel?

    It's quite possible for one device to work properly on a network while the other has problems due to interference.

    Especially when you consider the fact that xbox one uses either 2.4Ghz wireless N or 5Ghz wireless A and the ps3 uses Wireless G.

    I once had the same problem with my xbox 360 even though other devices like my ps3 and pc worked fine. Changing the channel fixed it.

    There could also be a fault with your xbox itself but without the required information about your router no one can help.

  7. No, but if i did that couldn't I then screw up the connection with my other devices. Besides, I don't know how to and how would I know what channel to put it on? But i'm assuming I do this by typing ip address into search bar etc etc. The thing I dont understand
    is, why would I need to change something NOW when before october it was fine? I'm in the UK and I have a router called the 'Superhub' from Virgin Media.

    Changing the wifi channel will not screw your other connections up.

    Also it's quite possible there was no interference before October assuming the problem is caused by interference.

    Also when I say change the wifi channel I DO NOT mean change the band to 5ghz as that is a totally different thing.

    While changing the band to 5Ghz would give you the best experience most other devices don't support it and would not connect including the ps3.

  10. So earlier i kept disconnecting after few mins and now for the past 2 hours it never disconnected me at all. Just like last Sunday. What do you have to say to that?

    Does your Xbox one internet connection drop and not work again until you do a full hard reset? That's my situation and It started occuring at the Aug or Sept update. My xbox networking has been extremely flakey since.. It will not stay connected, it forgets
    the connection/password and won't work until it's rebooted.

    I had the exact same problem! If you have a Virgin Media Super Hub (Should work with any other router). Here's how to solve it. In a web browser (Can be on Xbox One's Internet Explorer) type 192.168.0.1 Then go to advanced settings at the bottom. Then Wireless
    Radio and under Wireless Mode change it to 54Mps. The 2nd day i had my Xbox One it kept disconnecting every 2 minutes and kept kicking me out of GTA Online. I contacted support and they made me re-install all 40+ Gb of Grand Theft Auto.

    Wow after reading all that I only have one thing to say that will resolve all your disconnection issues for everyone here... has either of you even tried plugging in a wire that causes 0 interference and guarantees the best experience possible on the Xbox
    ONE? I believe its call an Ethernet cable.. YES that is it! An Ethernet cable. Use this magical wire that will instantly resolve your issue completely!

    If you tried an Ethernet cable and the issue remains, this is an issue with your connection and we will be able to help your further by providing certain details needed. Let us know if the magical cord know as the "Ethernet cable" fully resolved your issue.
    Not many people today are familiar with this type of technology There is nothing wrong with my connection!!!!!! Fix your stupid service!!!!!!! :)

    BTW, The service has nothing to do with the connection you are experiencing. Blame your service provider There is nothing wrong with my connection!!!!!! Fix your stupid service!!!!!!! :) Also wireless cuts your potential upload and download speed in half.... Just saying. You can test it out by doing a speed test with wired and wireless
    and you will see the difference, or huge difference I should say.

    If you do not own an Ethernet cable or do not know what it looks like you can visit your local electronic shop, or gamestop and you can purchase one for under $5 depending on the length of the cable. Hope this help ^^
