before the update that my xbox one s had, my 3.5 headphones worked normally but then they no longer work, update the remote and nothing, the remote works with headphones on PC normally and also does not want to start the microsoft store everything indicates
that it is fault of the update and I don't know what to do!

Xbox Insider Program? We recommend
power cycling the consoleby holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Also, you can try completing

a soft factory reset. This type of factory reset will keep all games and applications installed, but it will remove all your profiles from the console. Therefore, the email address and password of those accounts must be known before this step is taken.

Try to update your controller. They usually require an update with the system update. I had the same issue a while back.

You can also check in your audio settings to see what your audio balance is at, it might be set to only play through the speakers on your TV rather than your headphones
