There is no "run" option in Game Pass Ultimate on my child's account

xCloud is not shareable, only the account that has the subscription will be able to enjoy Xcloud.

Because you are signing into azure xcloud servers not your xbox when you are using cloud

That means you cant roam onto your cloud

You can however if the rumours are true sign up for the family subscription when it comes out
