    I cancelled my subscription last year but want to renew it again.

    I have over 22 pounds in my account but in my billing section there is no option to renew,

    have tried microsft chat which didn't work!

    so hoping someone can help me.

    Hi, I tried to turn off auto renew in my settings but theres no option to turn off auto renew for my xbox live membership.

    turn off auto renewal

    hello there is no no longer turn off auto-renew it just has a cancel option. so how can you turn it off when you still have time left. with out canceling what is all ready pay for.

    you can not use currency stored in your account for Gold, only for games or movies

    Yep you can't due to the dashboard requirment to having a renewable payment option like acreditcard

    Ms points nor currency nor intake currency have never been allowed for any server to be used as a subscription payment

    Subscriptions require a renewable payment option due to its nature

    Family Pack Cancellation Questions

    Hey Maj Tom 360! Depending on when the renewal date for the family pack, you may the option to renew. It's not guaranteed that you will be able to renew the family gold.

    Any accounts on the family gold pack will have to a free/silver account if the family gold pack is unable to renew on the primary account (the account that purchased the family gold pack). All the accounts will have to purchase gold or redeem a prepaid gold
    code on the account.

    Shorty, you have the renewal of the Gold membership on. Meaning, your account will automatically ask you if you want to renew your Gold memberhsip through that payment option. As of what I heard before, if your payment option has expired, or is having problems,
    then your account will be suspended. Not 100% sure, though.
