There is no message for redeeming free Gears of wars 4

Hi... Im sorry if I have horrible english. I Faced a problem... today I recived an email from xbox which was about a gift from xbox... it was gears of war 4 for free. The steps to redeem the game is:

But I have problem in the first step... there is no messages with code sent to me... I checked both on xbox and the website and I'm so
[Mod Removed – Profanity] off not being able to recive that... There is no message from xbox live although I got some promotions message such as for honor free digital deluxe pack and tomb rider extra content... please help!
