    There is no install button in windows store


    I bought game code in amazon and avtivated it. It shows that I own the game but there is no install button in windows store, only manage button appears. I updated my windows 10 yesterday and it is up to date right now but still I can't install the game

    Unable to download game on PC? Only works on Xbox.

    I purchased Cuphead via preorder, redeemed the code via the windows store, and had no problem hitting the button to have it install on my Xbox one. However, there is no link for me to install it on my pc.

    When I go to the game page at the windows store, it has two buttons. The first is blue (and clickable) and says "Install on Xbox one". The second is grayed out and simply says "You own this product".

    There is no button to install on my windows machine.

    I have confirmed that my windows machine has the latest updates installed and I have confirmed my xbox is up to date as well. My accounts are obviously connected, otherwise I wouldn't be able to tell my windows machine to install the game over on my xbox.

    My computer easily meets the games requirements as well. So basically, I have gone down the list and checked all of the basic things that the FAQ for Play Anywhere states.

    What do I have to do to be able to take advantage of the Play Anywhere feature and actually install this on my PC?

    Can't find the download

    Hello OcelotPewPew,

    That is very strange, let's see if we can try a different route to get to the store page. Please click this link:

    apps.microsoft.com/.../1a36fd17-5161-4651-ae2d-13384e427ea8

    On this page, there is a button that says "View in Windows Store", click this button and the Windows Store app should launch to the Microsoft Solitaire Collection page and there should be either a button in the top left that says "Install" or there will
    be a message that says "This app is already installed".

    If the store launches and you still don't have either of these options, let's try a refresh of the Windows Store app. To do so, restart your system by selecting "Restart" from the shutdown menu. Once you're back up and running, press the Windows Key+R and
    type wsreset.exe in the dialog box that opens and press Ok. This will refresh and re-launch the Windows Store app.

    The error seems to be from windows itself,

    I un-installed the game and then tried to re-install it through the Microsoft store. it does not allow me to install the game through there as there is no install button? Only a BIG blue button asking me to join Game Pass for console.

    I just checked one of the other games on the store that is on the game pass that I haven't installed (Sea of Thieves in this case) and that DOES have a blue install button present.

    Xbox Accessories not working

    Hi Diego! Thanks for answering these questions here.

    I cannot even install the xbox accessories App on windows 10 through the windows store. When I click "get" on the app from within the microsoft store, nothing happens, the button remains blue. My microsoft account has an associated xbox gamertag.

    edit: I got it to install! I clicked the add to cart button!

    I have uninstalled it and now I can't install it. Gaming Services appears to be part of the problem. Followed instructions on how to reinstall Gaming Service but when I press the install button in the Windows store it the button goes grey then nothing.
