    I've just logged on back to my account after a month break and I am seeing that someone else has taken money from my account and I need a refund for the money they've been using please help

    Microsoft Cant Charge My Credit Card But When I Try To Add My Other It Sais It Cant Authorise It

    Basically I Owe Microsoft Money From Before So My Account Is SUspended Anyway I Try To Put My Other Credit Card On It And It Wont AUthorize It But Its Working Fine Its Got Money On It Aswel This Is So Annoying Because Now I Cant Play Online Thanks There is money missing from my account I didn't authorize :)

    Why does Microsoft need to take an authorisation payment...

    Every time I make a purchase? I had a spare 8.50 in my account and went to get some points and got rejected cause I didn't have enough. When checked there was $2 missing. I only just got money back from last time they did that.
