    There is an issue with my Xbox One club


    The issue is that my member count goes up but my follower count doesn't. Only 1 out of every 2 people that join increase the follower count. So I end up with 24 members and only 12 followers. I know people are not unfollowing the club, because I check just
    after someone joins and the member goes up but the followers doesn't. I also asked my friend who confirmed the club showed up as followed for him.

    Sometimes when inviting people, I get an error message 0x8019ffff, and I must invite a second time. I don't know if this issue is to do with my account, or my club. I haven't tested this with other clubs, however once my friend invited me to a club and he
    had to invite me three times for it to work, and sometimes people get kicked from my club shortly after. This issue started only after 9 members had joined the club. Since then, 1 out of every 2 members have not been added as a follower.

    Hey there XxBlazingBanana.

    Does this issue arise with all clubs or just one club in particular? Is there any chance you can try joining a club from a different Xbox One console to see if there's any change?

    Sorry for the issue with the club. AS I recall there have been issues with some clubs not being able to post and that. What I can recommend is maybe try a new club see if the issue persists. You could delete the current and remake it. there is no real troubleshooting
    for clubs that I can find except for that. Also make sure all the settings for club are set. Here is information on

    creating a club    .

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the issue with not being able to delete your club, I would advise checking out this link for

    Xbox One Clubs     for more info on how to Delete Clubs. Once you click on the link your should be able to delete the club that you're in if you are the one who created the club.

    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the current issue with not being able to join a club due to account
    configurations.

    Is the account a part of a Microsoft Family as a child? What
    device is being used when trying to join a club? Also, aside from in game Clubs, is it possible to create a club on the dashboard instead?
