    I've been dealing with an issue with my account not being given Silver I purchase on Destiny 2 for months. Every time I try to purchase Silver, everything completes properly and I get no issues with them taking my money, but I'm
    never given the Silver I buy. I've spoken with Xbox and Microsoft support so many times that I've honestly lost count and every time, they give me the same answer that there is nothing wrong with my account and there should be no reason why I was not given
    my Silver. I've also filled out numerous Missing Silver reports through Bungie support already, but they keep giving me the same
    statement that they see no evidence that the purchase ever happened even when I provide them with my
    receipt as proof. Is there anybody, anywhere that I can speak to that actually would care enough to look into my issue and help me get what I purchased?

    Yes, I've tried every option available to me to troubleshoot it myself. I've contacted Xbox support multiple times and they've confirmed the transaction was successful. And I've spoken to Bungie support over and over again without
    any success.

    I actually did go through the refund process previously for a separate occurrence of this same issue thinking that maybe it would get someone to look into the issue I had. I did get my refund, but I still have this same issue that's been plaguing me for
    months. I honestly don't want a refund again. All I want is for it to be fixed.
