    Im see lots of xbox one x owners with this same problem we’re having. The last thread was locked. It seems like microsoft is trying to bury the problem. Maybe a class action lawsuit is in order. I’m not wiping all my games and reinstalling them yet again.
    Its [Mod removed- profanity] for a brand new $500 console.

    I've hard reset, deleted console saves and even done a soft factory reset of the console and the same message still pops up (it's not just for one game).

    At this point I can only really see the answer as being contacting Amazon and requesting a new console. It's nice that my £450 new console is buggered already.

    Have you tried turning off the "Instant On" Setting on your xbox and powering off your device?

    Sounds like at some point you lost power or maybe the game corrupted.

    You may want to attempt to re-installing the game fully.
