There is a problem with your saved games

Im see lots of xbox one x owners with this same problem we’re having. The last thread was locked. It seems like microsoft is trying to bury the problem. Maybe a class action lawsuit is in order. I’m not wiping all my games and reinstalling them yet again.
Its [Mod removed- profanity] for a brand new $500 console.

Error code 0x80831002

Now, this has sometimes popped up before, and I've dismissed it as games seemed to be working fine.

However, last week it wouldn't go away, closing or going to settings as linked did nothing and it would instantly pop back up again. So I hard reset my console and took it's advice and cleared my local saved games.

Thing is, it just popped up again, and again wouldn't go away. I've only played two games since removing local files! Will clear local saves again.

Can I fix this thing? Is my brand new One X screwed already?!

hi there I have been getting an error message a few times now saying "There is a problem with your saved games delete and sync them again. I have done this several times and still getting this message. I 've been playing dark souls remastered and once this
error message pips up the game stops saving and I have lost a bit of progress. Please could you let me know a fix or what's wrong. Cheers
