Sorry to hear/read you have a saved game issue and the console didn't sync up correctly I can only think of a power cycle and redownload of game and/or profile to try and force a re sync to the cloud.

Thanks but that just gives me a continuous never ending loop with no help. It just keeps going to the virtual agent, when I hit the talk to real person, it goes back to the support page and brings me back to the virtual agent.

You must have a regular connection to Xbox Live to keep your data in sync. Playing offline may cause your cloud data to become out of sync. Your data updates each
time you connect to Xbox Live.

I forgot to mention that I did all recommended thing for fixing the issue - cleared the cache, deleted saves, re-downloaded the game.
