There is a problem with your credentials...

So i was trying to add a 4 button password for signing onto xbox live and i accidentally set it so that i have to enter my WLID and password. This was a bummer because i forgot my password. So i reset my password and then was given an error code 8105d003.
I followed all instructions on fixing this. I verified my account info, i cleared the system cache 3 times and power cycled, and i took my xbox profile off of the xbox 360 and tried downloading my profile. When downloading my profile, i receive an error saying
that there is a problem with my credentials. Please help! I was playing battlefield and using netflix fine before i changed the WLID password. I tried using the service support chat and they were no help. NAT is not the issue.

can you log in on the website with your old Account?

maybe you should clear the system cache?
