    please help. I have been through countless support technicians online and on the phone. Xbox rewards has claimed there is a issue with my account for 2 years and won't deposit my rewards.

    Can someone please help me so I can deposit the 60,000 points that have been failing to deposit every month for 2 years?

    Rewards not being deposited

    Hello ASTRALMATR1X,

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Rewards Account region and your Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account
    region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. For example, since you registered as a US Rewards
    member, we are attempting to deposit USD into your Microsoft payable account. However, since you only have a British Microsoft payable account, we cannot complete the deposit. You will have to create a US Microsoft payable account for us to deposit into in
    order for the deposit to complete successfully.

    Why?

    Hello xombie08,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that is being worked on by another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is
    a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. Until this other team deploys their resolution for this issue, your deposits will not be able to complete successfully, but all other functions on your account should work as planned. We apologize
    for the inconvenience.

    No deposits to account

    Hello FourNinjaToads,

    Our Rewards program is only able to deposit currency into a valid Microsoft payment account. Since you do not have an available Microsoft Account available for use as a payment method, our deposit cannot complete (we cannot deposit into Credit Cards). In
    order to receive your Rewards Credits as currency, you will have to create a Microsoft payable account for us to deposit into.

    Account.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft
    account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.
