    There is a Problem with Xbox Live Connection


    I am at my parent's/sibling's place, and one of their Xbox's cannot connect to Xbox Live. It hasn't been able to for the past two weeks (all of a sudden).

    The Error Status Report reads:

    W: 0000 - 0021

    X: 0000 - F001

    Y: 30A8 - 4840

    Z: 0000 - 0000

    ID FFFF - FFFF

    L: 8015 - 190E

    Q: 8007 - 0435

    T: Wireless

    There is a problem with my connection

    By assumption only i would venture your trying to do a bridged connection thru ur laptop?

    If you have not already please follow this guide

    Thanks and let us know if I am assuming wrong. If so please give us more insight to the problem

    Hi Lurkin,

    Not sure if I'm missing something here, but I'm not sure how this relates to Xbox support. Are you using Internet Connection Sharing to connect your Xbox to your laptop?

    There could be many reasons you are experiencing connection problems. Try the connection troubleshooters from:

    http://support.xbox.com

    Then browse down to Xbox Live and select:"Connect to Xbox LIVE and troubleshoot connectivity problems"
