There is a problem with a login service

Let's make sure your account security information is updated:

Sign in to your Microsoft account: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

Verify that your security information is correct and up to date, I also recommend turning on the 2-step verification.

Then, please, reset your console.

Before you continue, make sure you've got the account sign-in information. You'll need it to log back into your console after the reset.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

You can trying to connect to www.accounts.live.com to verify if this could be a Service problem of anything, if you cannot login This could be a service problem so all you can do is retry after 10 minutes or more.

Unfortunately you are right. If xbl encounters problems with core services or the login servers this may cause problems with updating your console as well. So please be patient and wait for the services to get back working and then try again. Thxs for your

I just have the same problem right now and it is because the xbox live services for login are down, so now I don't have access to gears of War 4!!!! Thanks for your games as a service XBOX!!!!
