    for playing multiplayer i got my reedem code. but i by misstake censeled all my download. and when i try to enter multilayer and i enter my code it says it already has been entered and i have to enter a different one

    i got my xbox 360 today , i got Forza Horizon 2 with it and had to install it using a redeem code. I accidentally cancelled the download and when i tried putting in the redeem code again it did not want to work and it kept saying "The redeem code has already
    been used"

    PLEASE HELP

    So I bought a fast card in game currency card from Walmart and I’m trying to figure out where to enter the code ? It’s only like a 12 character code on my receipt and it isn’t working

Well there’s really no clear instructions on where to enter t but it can’t be a general Xbox redeem because that has to be 25 characters and when I enter it on call of duty redeem it’s wanting a 10 or 13 character code and this code on my receipt is 14 characters so it’s telling me my code is incorrect
