There is a conflict with my main account

Hello, there must be a problem with my main accont (Majestic Pia) since I cannot go into forum pages when Im logged in with it.

I even contacted Xbox support via chat, and they attended me as good as they could, they told me that my account seems to be banned from forums, I told them that couldnt be possible since I havent used forums at all or any other online services from
Xbox.com. They reply that they couldnt help me more and suggested that I should use another account to get into forums and then ask in here... and thats what Im doing.

I need to know whats wrong with my account, because Im not even gettin my "achievements" rewards in Xbox live rewards.

As I said I cant be banned at all, because I have not done anything wrong.

The problem I have with that though Dave is that my Credit Card is already registered with Xbox/MS on my main account, of which I use my main email address. I think there might be a conflict if I try to create a new account with a different email and use
the same Credit Card.

i was trying yesterday to get this fixed

 

Sorry to hear it. If your tag has been banned from the forums you'll need to contact one of the forum mods to find out why.

Just click on the link below to see who the mods are, find one of their posts and click on the envelope icon underneath their post to send them a pm.

You posted where two days ago? Posting here helped to get you the information you needed.

The first link that he gave you (forums.xbox.com/.../3307.aspx) is just a list of who the forum moderators are.

He then instructed you to send one of them a message, by finding one of their posts on the forums and send them a message, via the little envelope at the very bottom of their posts (http://i.imgur.com/YJbM3FC.png)

Then check back for your reply, which will be located (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx)

I posted in the "Xbox banned accounts and consoles" forum as the xbox support told me to do, but I havent had any answer from the moderators despite they say I will be replied in about 24-48 hours... but 4 days has passed already...

I just feel ignored.

Xbox support send me to forums but no moderators answer me there... so im still stucked with this problem

 

If you can log into your gamertag on the console and access Live without issue then the Suspensions Forums will not reply as they only reply to suspensions/bans from the Live service.

As for sending a pm to one of the moderators listed at the link I posted above. If you haven't sent them a pm then they won't reply to you.

I would recommend finding a post by AKA Scratch and sending him a message. He may be able to help you out.

Other than that there is nothing that anyone here can do to help you.

 

I'm just going to be the first one to say you can't be ignored if you don't actually post. The enforcement team is pretty quick on the draw and gives everyone an answer. And you did not actually post anywhere in the banned accounts and consoles.

Nowhere in the suspensions forums on either one have you posted anything about this account.

I went back reading through quite a bit and not once has their been a post there from you.

As that is the ONLY place to get answers about a console/gt ban. One simply cannot get an answer, if one does not post.

 

I created a post in the "banned accounts and consoles" forum, but when u post there, you recieve a message that says you must wait till a moderator/admin approves or rejects your post to be shown in any case you will be warned via e-mail about their decission
( the duration may be a couple of days ).

5 days have passed... still nothing... still no help... still no message from moderators... still ignored indeed.

 

Just updating that I got the PM a few days ago and it's being looked at. Just found this post you referenced. Thanks!

 

Hey, Pia! Thanks so much for your patience while we worked on this. I'm being told that a fix has been implemented, and users that are running into this situation should be able to sign in on their main accounts now. Could you please give it a try for us
and post back with your results? If you can't sign in, please continue to use this alternate account for communication.
