There has to be a another way to unlink an EA account from my Xbox account

I tried playing Apex with a friend but couldn't because I need an EA account. I created one using my Microsoft email account. I tried linking my Xbox account to my new EA account but couldn't because there's another EA account linked to my Xbox account. I have tried to recover that EA account but I don't know the email to it. I called EA to unlink the unknown email EA account from my Xbox account and they told me they could not unlink it. They told me I have to reactivate the EA account so I can unlink it by creating a new password, but how can I if I don't know the email associated to that EA account and EA can't tell me the email address associated to it? The EA account is basically deleted which is why EA can't tell me the email address.

It's not possible to unlink the accounts from Xbox side, as this accounts are linked from the EA side, you need to have access to the EA account linked or the account information unfortunately

only ea can unlink it, but there is another way to get in and unlink.

head over to https://www.ea.com/

click sign in then select the xbox logo and sign in with your xbox live account, here you can then unlink the ea account
