If you feel that someone is cheating inside rocket league, according to the developer (is not Microsoft)

You need to report them following steps from here:

Rocket League is going free to play on all platforms...

Does this mean when Rocket League is removed from the game pass, I will have my xbox rocket league account the same, or will i need to reinstall it...

And if it is free to play can my friends who dont have rocket league start to play it by downloading it on the MS store?

Unfortunately, Rocket League is full of toxic players, when they come together as a group, they feel entitled to disrespect other players. Just remaining to report them and block them on the Xbox, answering any message from this type of player is a waste
of time, is what they want to harm you.

Xbox takes action against cheating, but they have to be able to prove it.

Someone saying a naughty word is pretty easy

Having someone that knows what they're looking at, and can see the difference between a glitch and legit cheating is important.

Rocket League runs their own servers with their own moderation team. They're the ones who can catch and punish the cheater, as they're the ones with access to the servers and can prove it.

If you see someone cheating, make sure you report them to both MS and the dev.

thats Ubisoft for you, this is why the only multiplayer game i play is Rocket League. everyone almost universally cannot cheat
