There are no games to display

Evertime i go into gamepass on my seriesX , most of the normal things that are normally on display arent there and when i try and browse all games all i get is a message saying (top right of screen) there are no games to display, and on the bottom of the same screen, it says there's nothing to show right now. thats pretty much is with everything i try and view within gamepass, ive checked Xbox status which is always fine, my internet connection is always fine, ive hardreset the system, unplugged my router, factory reset my system and nothing seems to work. for the record i can play all my games i have downloaded (bought and gamepass games) but if i wanna download a new game i have to find it in the store and dl it that way.

I apologize for the trouble. If it’s visible on your order history on Xbox it means you own it. Just to validate can I have the exact title of the game that is visible on your order history? This is to check it it’s a game bundle.

No clue if this helps or not but found this elsewhere on a Reddit about someone having missing game/s:

"This happened to me also I just noticed. I corrected it by hitting Xbox button then hovering over my games and apps and hitting the “start” button and used refresh. It showed back up after that."

Do you have anything plugged into the USB slot? Headset, M&K, external storage? If so, try disconnecting them and doing a power cycle
