Please login to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services. Let me know if your Game pass Ultimate subscription is active there.

If it's active, please open the Microsoft Store app and then log out of your account from there. Log back into the Microsoft Store app then try to search for the games that you are trying to play using the Microsoft Store app. Try launching it from there and see if it works.

Microsoft has an issue at the moment they are trying to solve it. Lot of people will have the same problem. It won't be possible to connect to your account until they fix this.

Hi, I did this and it hasn't worked, it didn't let me login through Mojang and when I logged in using my Microsoft account, it says to play demo. In the accounts, it says its active. I no longer have access to the allqna account, which was my Minecraft account but rather the one in the screenshot above that wasn't active and as far as I was aware, wasn't even a minecraft account I had.

If the situation it's on Pc, please log out of the Xbox app and the Microsoft store app, after this restart your PC and log back in, remember that the account with the subscription active must be logged on the Microsoft store app

If it's on Xbox you have to delete the account from the console, then power cycle the console and finally download the account that has the subscription active again
