I have a problem for download a video game on xbox one

I had the same problem, found out it only affects the 360 games with gold when viewed from the Xbox One. I just download the game on the 360 then cancel the download and it appears available in the "Ready to Install" section on the Xbox One. I haven't found
a way to fix it with just using the Xbox One and I haven't tried using a computer/laptop. Try looking at the game on a computer or laptop, you might be able to get it download on the One from there. Here's a link to the games with gold page: Games with Gold | Xbox Live

For the 360, you can "buy" them by going to the Marketplace page and purchasing the title for $0. It'll go into your download queue. Not sure what happens if you don't actually have a 360 associated with your account, though.

It hasn't been made clear if one can "buy" the games for Xbox One in the same manner. If it's possible, you may still need a Home console on your profile. I suspect you could make a friend's console your profile's Home console, then "buy" them the same way
as people do now for 360 - via the website.

I do... I'm looking at my account on the computer. If I didn't I would have found a free way to download games as I can start them downloading from the computer. It's a bug.
