Thel 'Vadamee, the Supreme Commander of the Covenenant Fleet of Particular Justice, a.k.a. The Arbiter, is apparently going to be making quite a splash in the Halo Master Chief Collection if this
is any indication.

Halo 2 anniversary RTX panel (new gameplay)

I was just watching the Master Chief Collection Terminal trailer, some thing I noticed, from about 9 seconds in up to about 14 seconds it reads,

Submit security credentials = SPARTAN 117

Identity confirmed, access granted,

Target profile, THEL VADAMEE, SUPREME COMMANDER, COVENANT FLEET OF PARTICULAR JUSTICE,

Target value, Alpha,

What is strange about that is, Thel Vadam / Vadamee is THE ARBITER, was he a target of the Chief, that's an interesting thing to show, discuss, please.

I wish they put the missing mission from Halo 2 that they showed back in 2004 in the Halo: The Master Chief Collection

There was other cut content from Halo 2 that 343 and Microsoft should had like the mission(s) you play as Thel 'Vadamee while he was still an Elite General before he became the Arbiter these were cut because of time restraints but are mostly coded (if I
remember correctly) and the duel Energy Swords; many think this was/is fake but it was actually slated for development in Halo 2 and even received an animation but never made it for some reason and because it didnt make it Bungie never added it in later games.

I've never played any of the Halo games, and know nothing about the backstory either, so I'm really looking forward to this Master Chief Collection.
