Their is something wrong with my rewards credits!

It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing a survey. If you don't see them after the 96 hours, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated

After looking up these purchases, we see that you were awarded for your purchase of Little Nightmares as MyVIP payback for April. It is currently pending in your account, which can be viewed from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Regarding your purchase
of >observer_, that purchase was a part of the Summer Spotlight offer. Purchases cannot go towards both MyVIP and an offer, so your purchase was awarded as progress on the Summer Spotlight offer. From the FAQ:

It says that I need to change my credit card but I cannot because my ID is blocked. I think an investigation I launched is on. Can I end the investigation?

I'd just sit tight and await your investigation E-Mail, Your not responsible for the things that happen on your account after you told Microsoft it was compromised. Check your email as well to make sure they are not trying to get ahold of you
