    theHunter: Call of the Wild- Parque Fernando Map


    I purchased theHunter: Call of the Wild- Parque Fernando but it's not working. When I click to load the map it says that I do not own the required DLC for the content, however, it is in my purchase history and I paid for it. When I try to purchase it again, it says that I already own it. How do I get it to work?

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Clean your console's MAC, then click the menu button on the game icon and go to manage games and add-ons, click on the game icon again and see if the DLC appears to be installed.

    To clean the MAC follow this path
    Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

    If after 24 hours the content does not appear in the game, please contact the game developer.

    That's perfect. On your order history can you please click the game icon, from there you will be redirected to Microsoft Store for the item, kindly scroll down a bit and check the "Playable On". Please let me know for which device the DLCs are for.
