theft

hello my [Mod Removed] account was framed for marketplace theft and got banned for 12/31/9999 i know i was framed because i recently got my account back from a hacker please help!!!!!!

Unfortunately the rules state that your account is your responsibility. The chances of the ban being lifted are extremely slim.

 

Call them again, make sure they understand that your account was compromised and you need to file an investigation. If you just talk about the ban then they'll send you to the ban forum, if you focus on the account theft then they'll file an investigation.

Actually, support cannot help with bans/suspensions at all. Please post in the suspension forums for an answer.
